Memory Care Activity Specialist

PACS

PACS in Copper Ridge, TN is seeking an Activity Assistant for the Memory wing to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering a creative program. The role requires communicating with residents, families and staff and ensuring care plans meet physical, mental and psychosocial needs. Experience in long-term care and dementia training are preferred. Must be willing to learn and work with residents of varying abilities in a supportive team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr PACS
