Customer Service Representative

Transdev is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Transdev is proud to offer:

• Competitive compensation package of minimum $17.69/hourly - Maximum $22.50/hourly

Benefits include:

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

• Sick days: 5 days

• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.

• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures

• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.

• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• Computer literate

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to operate standard telephone system.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not

authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions- Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces

• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level

• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise

-Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedule as needed.

-The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

-Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
