Accounting Associate

Accounting Associate Hawkins Ash CPAs is hiring an Accounting Associate for our Housing Division in the La Crosse office. What You’ll Do: Evaluate and code checks Review monthly cash receipts and reconcile bank accounts Prepare monthly schedules of A/R, A/P, investments, and insurance registers Prepare schedules for fixed assets and depreciation, grants, and inventories Prepare journal vouchers Prepare client budgets, budget revisions, monthly and yearly financial reports Prepare and submit reports via HUD websites/prescribed forms Other duties as assigned Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, bachelor’s degree preferred Outstanding customer service skills Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work occasional overtime throughout the year Ability to meet deadlines and effectively solve problems As a Team Member, You’ll Enjoy the Following Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) employer match Paid time off Paid holidays Wellness program Flexible work-life balance Paid community service day #J-18808-Ljbffr
