Corporate Legal AssistantOur client, a leading company in Atlanta, GA is searching for a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team.This position will be responsible for the following:Efficiently and accurately supports the SVP, General Counsel in all functions of the Legal DepartmentOrganizes and maintains litigation documentsAssist with document management; drafting, proofing, and editing legal documents and correspondenceConducts research as neededRetains day to day responsibility for performance of general legal assistant dutiesSkills & CompetenciesBachelor's Degree or Associates Degree RequiredMinimum 2 years related corporate legal experienceExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong experience with Microsoft OfficeThis company has been named a top workplace in Atlanta for the last 3 years and offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.
