Inside Sales Representative (Full Time) Location: Nashville, TN Starting at $55,000+ (Hourly + Commission) At Parman Energy, great sales aren't built on cold calls alone. That's why we're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who can keep customer relationships running strong, ignite new opportunities, and help power our continued growth. What You'll Do Identify opportunities to expand business and deliver solutions that keep customers moving. Maintain regular contact and provide TOCS-level support on every call, email, and order. Turn everyday customer conversations into long-term partnerships. Reconnect with dormant accounts to re-establish business relationships. Manage a target account list and proactively reach out to prospects. Create customized proposals designed to fuel customer growth and success. Customize sales presentations to match each customer's unique needs. Enter and facilitate customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate special requests and communicate customer needs across departments. Maintain detailed customer records and activity within the CRM system. Assist with collections efforts when needed. What You Bring Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior sales experience preferred, especially in petroleum or related industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to prepare reports, business correspondence, and proposals. Mathematical aptitude. Valid driver's license and an MVR that meets company insurability standards.
