Real Estate Mid-Level Associate

Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other real estate transactional documents. Manage due diligence processes, including title and survey review. Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development projects. Support land use matters. Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Qualified candidates should have 3–5 years of experience handling commercial real estate matters. Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; New York Bar admission and experience is preferred. Judicial clerkship experience is desired. We are seeking a self‑motivated attorney capable of managing significant responsibility while working both independently and collaboratively. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Compensation Salary range: $150,000–$163,000, commensurate with experience.
