Field Service Technician

Job Description Job Description The Field Service Technician will specialize in installing, maintaining, and repairing fitness equipment for commercial and residential clients. Working independently and reporting to a field service manager, this role involves daily travel to client locations. The technician will use customer management software and standard hand and power tools to deliver timely and effective service. Responsibilities * Install fitness equipment at client sites * Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic testing * Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues * Use customer management software to log work and communicate with clients * Manage daily travel to service locations efficiently * Maintain a professional appearance and strong attention to detail Required Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Mechanical apptitude and experience using hand tools and a multimeter * Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for scheduling and reporting * REAL ID Driver's License with a clean driving record * Comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, and interacting with customers * Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Preferred Qualifications * 1+ years experience in field service * Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical repair * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Experience with customer service and communication Company Description As a fast-growing company, we are always looking for outstanding field service technicians to join our team.
