Field Service Technician

Field Service TechnicianField Service Technicians located across the district to optimize retailer coverage.Responsibilities of a successful field service technician include, but are not limited to:Receive and accept service tickets.Complete preventative maintenance on all Intralot equipment.Diagnose hardware or software related issues.Repair or replace onsite equipment as needed.Install, move, and remove equipment.Report resolution actions and conclusion of visits to the call center.Operate company vehicle in a safe manner obeying all traffic laws and regulations.Always maintain an acceptable level of inventory for their vehicle.Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and complete any maintenance requirements.Position RequirementsTechnical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical machineryProblem-solving skills to address complex equipment issues independentlyCustomer service abilities to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationshipsPhysical capability to handle equipment, lift heavy objects, and work in varied field conditionsHigh school diploma with technical experienceDynamic Concepts, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
