I&O Business Manager

Opportunity The Business Manager role for the Infrastructure and Operations organization supports the Head of Infrastructure & Operations and the technology leadership team. The role coordinates key business initiatives, supports ongoing projects, and facilitates executive engagement both internally and externally. Primary Responsibilities Prepare materials for the Head of Infrastructure and overarching IT organization, including agendas for internal and external meetings, trips with clients, and speaking engagements. Maintain awareness of internal JLL and external macro‑economic trends to incorporate insights into briefings and analyses. Lead follow‑up and advance priorities, liaising with internal stakeholders. Assist with key client correspondence and follow‑ups. Work with other business managers to provide leverage on highly confidential and delicate topics. Support the Global Executive Board, Board of Directors, and other IT leaders by setting and adjusting agendas for GEB, BoD, and GEB calls; communicate deadlines and ensure material quality. Take notes and track actions during meetings, circulate minutes, and drive post‑meeting follow‑up with GEB and other team members. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to prepare content for large internal leadership meetings and executive‑office communications. Drive a broad range of strategic projects across the global JLL business portfolio. Requirements Experience in strategic consulting or as an analyst in private equity/investment banking with a blend of corporate experience. Ability to operate independently, manage time effectively, and deliver on multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong relationship‑building skills and credibility at all levels, including global partners. High emotional intelligence with adaptability to varied cultural contexts. Outstanding customer service and responsive stakeholder engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication, including creating compelling slide decks for diverse audiences. Experience supporting C‑suite executives in a multinational company. Integrity and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters. Strong project management skills and ability to execute cross‑functional projects. Attention to detail and capability to organize large data sets and track multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of business, finance, and analytics. Bi‑lingual in English and German; Spanish and/or French is a plus. Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Ability to travel globally as needed. Compensation & Location Estimated annual salary: $84,000 – $127,000 USD.
