Shift: Day (United States of America) Compensation Details: $85,508.41 - $134,862.00 BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND DEGREE Job Description: Job Title: Pharmacist Workplace: West Central Georgia Regional Hospital Job Summary: Under broad supervision, compounds and dispenses medications following prescriptions issued by physicians, dentists, or other authorized medical practitioners. Provides consultative services to both clients and health care providers. Pharmacists are needed to fulfill the medication need for the individuals. This helps to ensure accuracy and efficiency in dispensing medications which also helps to ensure individuals' safety. Minimum Qualifications: Doctorate or professional degree in pharmacology from an accredited college or university and current Georgia license to practice pharmacology and one (1) year of professional pharmacology experience or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Pharmacist 2 (HCP151) or position equivalent.
