Community Mortgage Coach & Loan Specialist

Busey Bank

Busey Bank is seeking a Community Banking Mortgage Officer to develop new business, expand relationships, and originate quality mortgage loans in line with bank policies. The role also assists low to moderate income borrowers with affordable home counseling and works with real estate brokers, builders, and referral partners to enhance loan applications in CRA areas. Key duties include outreach, cross-selling, documenting loans, and managing pipeline while maintaining regulatory compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Busey Bank
