This role sits at the intersection of machine learning infrastructure, ads technology, and platform product strategy, shaping the foundational systems that power large-scale advertising intelligence. You will define and drive the roadmap for a high-impact ML platform that enables faster model development, deployment, and iteration across ads ranking, targeting, and content understanding systems. The environment is highly technical and collaborative, working closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and infrastructure teams. Your work will directly influence how efficiently advanced ML models are built and scaled in production. You will help reduce friction across the entire ML lifecycle, from training to inference and monitoring. Accountabilities

You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the Ads ML platform, ensuring it enables scalable, efficient, and cutting-edge machine learning development across ads systems. You will translate complex technical and research-driven needs into clear product direction while improving infrastructure performance, usability, and adoption.

• Define and lead the long-term product vision and roadmap for ML platform capabilities supporting ads ranking, targeting, and content intelligence systems
• Build tools and infrastructure that accelerate ML development cycles, including training, deployment, evaluation, and monitoring workflows
• Partner with ML engineers, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify pain points and convert them into scalable platform solutions
• Drive improvements in system performance, cost efficiency, latency, and reliability across ML infrastructure
• Enable adoption of modern ML techniques, including generative AI and LLM-based workflows, where applicable
• Conduct user research with technical stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize platform investments
• Align platform development with broader business and ads performance objectives

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in machine learning systems and prior experience in product management for complex, developer-facing platforms or data-intensive environments. You are comfortable engaging with highly technical stakeholders and translating ML concepts into product strategy.

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in ML platforms, developer tools, ads technology, or data infrastructure
• Strong technical foundation with understanding of the full ML lifecycle (training, inference, deployment, monitoring)
• Experience working with ML engineers, data scientists, or backend engineering teams in complex systems
• Ability to interpret and prioritize technical constraints such as latency, compute efficiency, and system scalability
• Familiarity with modern ML trends, including generative AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to define metrics for platform success and adoption
• Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders
• Prior experience in ML engineering, data science, or backend systems is highly valued
