This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to Vice President of Finance for a proven accounting leader ready to help guide the next stage of growth. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results. Oversee job costing, work-in-progress reporting, backlog analysis, and profitability tracking across builders, communities, and projects. Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models that support operational and growth initiatives. Design and enhance financial reporting, KPI dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to executive leadership. Manage cash flow, working capital, billing processes, and internal controls to support a rapidly growing business. Serve as a strategic business partner to operations leadership, translating financial data into recommendations that improve performance and profitability. Build, mentor, and expand the accounting team while establishing scalable processes, controls, and best practices to support future growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership experience in construction, homebuilding, or project-based environments. Hands-on Sage ERP experience required, with the ability to manage reporting, accounting operations, and system improvements. Strong expertise in job costing, work-in-progress (WIP), percentage-of-completion accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Why Join?
