Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct crisis counseling for clients experiencing distress, providing timely interventions and assessments as necessary.

• Facilitate the evaluation of student support referrals through systems like Maxient, ensuring accurate records and updates as required.

• Develop and maintain confidential patient records that comply with federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards.
\n
• Deliver professional development training to students, faculty, and staff on various mental health topics, fostering a culture of awareness and support.
\n
• Provide consultations for students, faculty, and staff on mental health-related concerns, sharing best practices to assist those encountering psychological challenges.

• Implement and oversee mental health services designed for student wellness, promoting academic success and retention through outreach events and activities.

• Assess, evaluate, and counsel clients regarding various health-related concerns, including mental health and substance abuse issues, both individually and in group settings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
