TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Flagstaff, Arizona, 86001!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg/Telemetry Duration: 16 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Active, unrestricted RN license or valid compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Travelers must be open to floating where most needed Description: To qualify for Winter Pay, travelers must meet both of the following requirements: Sign a contract for 16 weeks or longer. Work at least 2 of the 3 holiday periods, which include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Travelers must be open to floating where most needed. Shift includes 3x12's, nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. Patient ratios are 1:4/5. First-timers accepted. Weekend requirements include working every other weekend. On-call is not required. Travelers will be expected to work in a flex pool. ICU/PCU experience is preferred but strong med-surg/telemetry experience will be considered. Standard med-surg/telemetry equipment is utilized. The facility utilizes remote telemetry monitoring. All employees are expected to adhere to quality and patient safety standards established by the facility. Travelers must have strong clinical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compliance requirements include completing lab work and drug screens within specified timeframes. Travelers must provide two professional references prior to starting. Candidates must be comfortable floating without restrictions. Floating may occur within the facility or to other units based on skill and census needs. Holiday requirements include availability to work 2 recognized holidays. Modules are completed during orientation and all module hours are billable. Submission rules stipulate that all documentation and compliance must be completed timely. Candidates must disclose and obtain approval for time-off requests. Travel pairs are accepted except in certain units. Cerner experience is preferred based on specific job postings.
