Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Content Manager across Campania International’s e-commerce brands, primarily Garden Fountains (garden-fountains.com) and The Garden Gates (thegardengates.com), with the flexibility to assist other Campania brands as needed. This role provides support on the development, design, production, distribution, and follow-up of all assigned marketing projects, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and website content, to meet company objectives across both sites. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required; or a minimum of 2-3 years working knowledge and experience in the Marketing industry will be considered. Responsibilities Work with the Marketing Content Manager to create marketing deliverables, including writing and editing copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, social media content, website content, brochures, ads, and other marketing collateral as assigned, across the Garden Fountains and The Garden Gates brands, meeting quality and style standards for each. Assist with the creation, scheduling, and tracking of email marketing campaigns for both brands, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Evaluate email and social media campaign performance and recommend improvements to engagement and conversion. Assist with the creation and management of social media content and calendars for Garden Fountains and The Garden Gates, tailoring tone and visuals to each brand’s audience. Update company websites, including product images, descriptions, data, new listings, and seasonal/promotional content. Conduct and analyze market research to determine competitiveness within the outdoor décor, garden fountain, and luxury garden accent industries. Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts through interactive design that highlight product craftsmanship and lifestyle appeal. Generate marketing activity reports for the department. Assist with special projects as assigned by the Marketing Content Manager, including support for other Campania International brands as needed. Preferred Qualifications Understands and applies basic business and marketing principles to implement marketing projects. Ability to multi-task, highly personable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently as well as in teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly in an ever-changing environment. Knowledge and/or proficiency in basic graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with all forms of content creation (i.e., videos, photography, and graphic design), ideally showcasing outdoor, garden, or home décor products. Experience using online marketing tools: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, or similar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
