We’re hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help our Tampa team carry projects from initial plans through final delivery.

You’ll work closely with project managers and other teams to keep schedules current, information flowing, and outstanding tasks visible. The role offers practical project management experience for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, working through problems, and helping a team meet its commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project plans, schedules, and daily coordination
• Maintain timelines, task trackers, milestones, and deadlines
• Share updates between internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Monitor progress and follow up on open actions
• Prepare project documents, reports, presentations, and status updates
• Arrange meetings and record decisions, action items, and next steps
• Check project requirements and flag risks or missing information early
• Help coordinate resources, materials, and other project logistics
• Keep records and shared documentation accurate and accessible
• Support project managers with reporting and administrative tasks
• Check that deliverables are complete and ready by their deadlines
• Suggest improvements to recurring project processes

Qualifications

Previous experience in project coordination, operations, administration, account management, event coordination, or a related role is preferred.

• The ability to balance several priorities and deadlines
• Confidence working with different teams and stakeholders
• A practical, solutions-focused approach
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, calendars, and project management tools
• An interest in growing a career in project management
