Full Charge Bookeeper

A growing, financially stable manufacturing and distribution company is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join its team in a long-term, full-time capacity. This position is ideal for an accounting professional who is comfortable managing full-cycle bookkeeping while also supporting general office administration and HR-related activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Manage full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Maintain the General Ledger and assist with monthly financial statements. Process payroll using ADP or a similar payroll platform. Prepare sales tax filings and coordinate with external accounting professionals. Assist with year-end financial reporting and audit-related activities. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial planning. Maintain accurate inventory accounting and related records. Office Administration Support day-to-day office operations and administrative activities. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts. Assist with HR-related functions, including onboarding, benefits coordination, and employee records. Maintain organized company records and documentation. Prepare reports and assist management with special projects as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience . Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software . Hands-on payroll processing experience; ADP experience is preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.
