Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Unilock is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our high-volume manufacturing team in Uxbridge, MA. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in keeping critical equipment running at peak performance.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Accurately complete work orders and document activities in CMMS
• Fabricate and weld components as needed
• Partner with operations to drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy equipment
• Welding and fabrication capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to safety

Starting salary $28 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
