Multisetting Physical Therapist

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive assessments and design personalized rehabilitation programs based on each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques such as targeted exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training to restore function and improve quality of life.
- Track outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure steady, measurable progress.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other specialists to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care.
- Provide clear guidance on home exercises, mobility aids, and healthy lifestyle habits to support continued recovery and long-term well-being.
- Advocate for injury prevention and physical activity as key components of overall health and rehabilitation success.
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Alabama
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in outpatient, acute, or long-term rehab settings preferred
- Specialty certifications (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, neurology) are a plus
- Strong communication, empathy, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
