We are currently looking for experienced and dependable Swimming Pool Maintenance Technicians to join our Maintenance team. This position is specifically for residential swimming pool maintenance. We are looking for individuals who understand the day-to-day care required to keep swimming pools clean, properly balanced, and ready for our customers to enjoy. What You'll Do As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for maintaining residential swimming pools along an assigned route. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires attention to detail, time management, and an understanding of proper swimming pool care. Your responsibilities will include: Clean and maintain residential swimming pools on an assigned daily route Test swimming pool water chemistry and make the necessary chemical adjustments Add chlorine and other pool chemicals according to established procedures Skim pool surfaces and remove leaves, debris, and other materials Brush swimming pool walls, steps, tile lines, and other surfaces Vacuum pools as needed Empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and cleaner bags Inspect swimming pool water for clarity and proper chemical balance Perform routine swimming pool filter maintenance and cleaning as assigned Visually inspect pool equipment and report potential problems requiring repair Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and chemical treatments Keep your company vehicle, pool maintenance equipment, and supplies clean and organized Safely handle, transport, and store swimming pool chemicals Provide consistent, professional service at every customer's home Complete assigned swimming pool routes efficiently while maintaining our quality standards What We're Looking For Previous residential swimming pool maintenance experience strongly preferred 2+ years of swimming pool maintenance experience qualifies for a $500 sign-on bonus Knowledge of swimming pool water chemistry and proper chemical balancing preferred Experience cleaning and maintaining residential swimming pools Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and manage an assigned pool route Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors throughout the year, including Houston's peak summer season Ability to safely lift and carry pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work Schedule Monday–Friday This is a full-time, field-based position servicing residential swimming pools throughout the Houston area. Daily start times and route schedules may vary based on seasonal and business needs. Compensation Peak Season Earning Potential: $35,000–$65,000 Compensation and earnings may vary based on assigned route, productivity, experience, and other applicable factors. $500 Sign-On Bonus Candidates with at least two years of verifiable swimming pool maintenance experience are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus , subject to company terms and eligibility requirements.
