**Key Requirements:**
- Local to Virginia candidates only
- Prior State or Federal client experience
- Contract: 8+ Months Summary:
BA supporting VDOT’s tolling modernization program. Gathers and documents business/system requirements for microservices, APIs, and modernization workflows. Creates user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps. Works closely with developers, architects, QA, and operations in Agile/Scrum using Azure DevOps Boards. Provides light QA validation and ensures clear communication across stakeholders. Key Skills:
7+ yrs BA/system analysis
• API & modernization requirements
• Agile/Scrum
• Azure DevOps Boards
• User stories & acceptance criteria
• SQL interpretation
• Strong documentation/communication Desired: Microservices, regulatory/compliance, tolling/transportation experience.
