End User Support Internship - Fall 2026

Position Overview End User Support Intern – Full‑time, onsite location in Cambridge, MA. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, repair, upgrade, back up, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripheral hardware. Perform telephone installations and removals. Set up audio/visual equipment for conference rooms. Support Windows 11, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Maintain hardware and software asset inventory database. Troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Assist in preparing equipment for reuse or disposal. What You Will Learn Problem‑solving techniques for IT support. Asset management and documentation processes. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. 0‑1 years of work experience in desktop support preferred. Experience with Mac and PC hardware (laptops, desktops). In addition, familiarity with Windows 10/Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, macOS, and Linux. Basic understanding of network principles (TCP/IP) and LAN/WAN. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Location & Compensation On‑site, Cambridge, MA (commuting distance).
