Physical TherapistWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities. The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic interventions, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to help patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.Responsibilities:Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needsDevelop and implement individualized therapy plans to restore strength, balance, coordination, and mobilityUse therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and specialized equipment to support patient recoveryEducate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modificationsMonitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentationCollaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated carePromote a safe, motivating, and supportive environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation processStay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologiesQualifications:Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) licenseDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited programPrior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferredStrong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamCompassionate, patient-focused approach with commitment to quality care
