Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students in a special education setting
• Knowledge of IEP process, progress monitoring, and differentiated instruction
• Ability to effectively communicate with parents, staff, and students
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support tailored to students’ IEP goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related services professionals, and families
• Adapt classroom activities and materials to suit the diverse learning needs of students
• Maintain accurate and timely records and reporting as required
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
