Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a CM Team Supervisor (LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC).

GCBHS has an immediate opening for a dependently or independently L icensed Counselor or Social Worker (Ohio LSW/LPC or LISW/ LPCC with management experience to supervise a Case Management team serving adults who are experiencing severe mental health disorders in Hamilton County.

The ideal candidate will have an active Ohio LISW or LPCC.

• Responsible for the administrative management and daily operations of assigned care management team.
• Provides coordination, leadership, and supervision to care managers.
• Manages the daily operation of team supporting organization goals and philosophy.
• Coordinates clinical supervision of team staff and services.

Requirements for CM Team Supervisor

• Degree in mental health, social work, counseling or other field of study that is related to the treatment, support and education of the mentally ill required or three years of related experience required.
• Previous supervisory and administrative experience required. Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. LSW/LPC, LISW or LPCC.
