Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in the Financial Industry.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and process controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Office applications.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and quality of work.
• Sound and decisive judgment.
• Commitment to personal development.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and resolve branch inquiries on Gain/Loss topics, including account maintenance and 1099-B reporting.
• Provide educational and regulatory insight.
• Reconcile discrepancies and address cost basis reporting questions.
• Make manual adjustments as needed.

Preferences:

• Financial services, wealth management, operations, or client service experience.
• Understanding of gain/loss reporting, cost basis, 1099-B reporting, or general accounting principles.
• Experience in reconciliations, data analysis, and regulatory reporting.
• Demonstrated employment stability and successful completion of prior assignments.
