Services Representative/ Courier

Job Overview Service Representative Courier – Los Angeles, CA (1122 West Washington Boulevard Suite 340) Schedule Monday through Friday, 12:00pm – 8:30am; additional hours may be required. Job Responsibilities Cover various routes in Beverly Hills, Westwood, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Los Angeles and Inglewood. Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups. Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner. Deliver all daily picks to the branch at the end of the shift. Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner. Safely operate the company vehicle and obey all traffic laws. Utilize a handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups. Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed. Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions. Include option to take the company vehicle home for personal use for $125 per month. Pay range: $17.75 - $26.12 per hour plus 2nd shift differentials. Minimum Qualifications No experience or education required. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 6 months or more experience as a driver or medical courier. 6 months or more experience in customer service. Additional Job Standards Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. At least 21 years old. Punctual with strong time‑management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to problem‑solve customer issues. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
