Commercial Business Development

We're looking for a driven Commercial Business Development Manager to grow relationships with , facility directors, property managers, general contractors and business owners across the DFW commercial market. This is a unique seat: instead of selling one service, you'll represent Ideal's full platform to include Roofing, HVAC, Security & Alarm, Fire Protection, and Pest Control giving you more ways to open doors, solve problems for clients If you're a relationship-builder who wants the earning potential of a hunter role backed by an established, reputable brand with 15+ years in the market, this role is built for you. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across Ideal's service lines: Build and manage a pipeline of businesses throughout the DFW area. Conduct site visits and needs assessments to identify cross-sell opportunities across multiple service lines within the same account. Prepare and present proposals, bids, and maintenance program recommendations tailored to commercial clients. Partner with service line leaders and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to service delivery. Represent Ideal Partners at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in the CRM/CMS system. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new-business revenue targets. What We're Looking For 2+ years of outside B2B sales or business development experience; commercial roofing, HVAC, security, fire protection, or pest control industry experience is a strong plus. Proven track record of prospecting, closing, and growing a book of commercial business. Comfortable selling a multi-service portfolio and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and pipeline independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits across DFW. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required we care more about results and relationships.
