Vice President-Marketing Strategy Partnerships, Local and American Dream

Job Responsibilities Discover, evaluate, and optimize new and existing partnerships from a marketing lens, identifying opportunities that drive measurable Home Lending growth. Develop and execute partnership marketing frameworks that align with broader Home Lending offer strategy and business objectives. Build go-to-market plans for partnership activations, ensuring speed to market and scalability. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, and analytics teams to measure partnership performance and optimize ROI. Map the competitive landscape and identify white-space opportunities for differentiated partnership positioning. Formulate local marketing strategy to support growing self-sourced and referral business for Home Lending within Chase branches and local markets, working with the Local Marketing team. Own the marketing strategy for the American Dream initiative as it relates to Home Lending, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences and drives awareness, consideration, and action. Develop plans and campaign frameworks that authentically connect Chase's Home Lending offerings to homeownership accessibility and community growth. Define problem statements, map options based on market observations, and illustrate clear paths to bring strategies to market. Leverage data and analytics to inform decision‑making, test hypotheses, and scale what works. Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, and leadership within dynamic environments. Exceptional analytical skills, with a talent for structuring complex problems and creating actionable solutions. Ability to rapidly understand new business models, products, and customer needs, with a keen awareness of market dynamics and competitive landscapes. Self-starter with a track record of setting ambitious goals, taking initiative, and delivering outstanding results. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience thriving in matrixed, cross-functional environments, building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals. Deep understanding of starter and next-gen home lending segments. Ability to enhance educational content to empower customers. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
