What You Will Do:
- Procure to pay process: From vendor onboarding to PO internal approvals and issuance to AP processing to disbursing. Vendor and internal foreman onboarding, upkeep and communication.
- Assist in answering phones, customer service, entering new jobs.
- General Ledger & Cash reconciliations: Month end work
- Reporting: AR/AP, job cost, sales, etc.
What You Need:
- Required experience: Quickbooks, Word, Excel (Intermediate user).
- Preferred experience: Hubspot, Bill.com , Dash, Asana
- Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn.
- Working knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Journal Entries (Debits/Credits).
- Self-motivated, Detail oriented, Optimistic, Communicative.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Unafraid to make mistakes, acknowledge, improve, and learn from them.
- Takes ownership of your work, and looks beyond what is directly in front you.
