Worth Credit Union, with more than $1.2 billion in assets, is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer/SVP to lead and enhance its human resources function. The Chief Human Resources Officer/SVP will play an integral role in shaping the organization’s culture and long-term strategic direction. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, this individual will provide expert guidance on the interpretation and application of personnel policies, ensuring alignment with the credit union’s objectives and commitment to its workforce. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of progressive human resources leadership experience within a successful organization, along with demonstrated strength in leadership, communication, and organizational development. A strategic mindset and the ability to align human resources practices with broader business goals are essential to success in this role.
