Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Full-Time

$104,000–$110,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department within a skilled nursing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated rehab leader who is passionate about clinical quality, team development, and strong patient outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehab department including PT, OT, and SLP services
• Lead scheduling, productivity management, and staff support
• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines, PDPM standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency
• Support hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and staff development initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required
• Skilled nursing facility experience required
• Previous rehab leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare regulations, and rehab operations
