Banquet Server / Server Assistant
DBS is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the role of Banquet Server / Server Assistant to join our team. As a family-owned hospitality staffing company, we specialize in connecting talented hospitality professionals with esteemed clients in the event and catering industry. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are committed to providing exceptional service during events and banquets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up banquet rooms and arranging tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during events, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Clear plates, glasses, and utensils from tables promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup after events, including proper storage of leftover items and cleaning of equipment and banquet spaces.
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and event staff to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
