Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Location: Franklin, TN
Pay Rate: $38 per hour
Job Type: W2 Contract
Expected Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Position Summary:
We areseeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to recruit for key positions across multiple business functions. This role requires a metrics-driven, process-focused recruiting professional with strong collaboration skills and experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner collaboratively with business units and HR team members to meet recruiting goals.
• Guide hiring managers on staffing processes, policies, and procedures.
• Partner with HR teams on hiring strategies and headcount planning.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support workforce plans and business needs.
• Educate hiring teams on recruiting best practices, interviewing processes, and expectations.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with recruiting policies and applicable laws.
• Support the development and implementation of HR programs and processes.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-employment activities, and onboarding coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in both staffing and corporate environments.
• Technical and/or professional recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience using ATS platforms and talent acquisition technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting workforce planning and recruiting strategy development.
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Automotive industry recruiting experience preferred.
