Role Description The Physician Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood, TN, responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring physicians and advanced practice providers to support HCA Healthcare Physician Services’ growing network. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer facilitation, and onboarding support. The Physician Recruiter partners closely with practice leaders, hospital administrators, and human resources to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the process. Daily activities include conducting outreach to potential candidates, maintaining recruitment pipelines and databases, attending networking events or residency program visits, and ensuring a positive, professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The position requires close collaboration, attention to detail, and consistent communication to meet staffing goals and support high-quality patient care delivery. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in physician and provider recruitment, including Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skills. Proven experience with Hiring processes, such as candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation. Strong Customer Service orientation, with the ability to provide a professional and responsive experience to candidates and internal partners. Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective relationship-building with clinical and administrative leaders. Relevant experience in healthcare or medical group operations; prior work in a hospital, clinic, or medical practice setting is highly beneficial. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and standard office software tools. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
