The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring laser cutting equipment while performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and production efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on laser equipment and related machinery.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize material waste.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production teams to resolve equipment or production issues.
