As a Desktop Engineer , you’ll deliver exceptional end‑user support, solve technical challenges, and help ensure our teams stay connected, productive, and empowered in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE What You’ll Do Provide responsive technical support to users via in‑person, phone, and ticketing channels Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to quickly restore productivity Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and user access Track, document, and resolve support tickets while ensuring a high‑quality user experience Support system enhancements, testing, and process improvements Train and guide users on technology tools and best practices What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field, or High School diploma and equivalent relevant work experience required. 2–3 years of experience supporting hardware/software in a LAN/WAN environment Experience troubleshooting desktops, applications, and basic networking issues Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and environments Strong customer service mindset and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Desire to live Slide’s Core Values.
