If you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and love turning ideas into results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You'll Do:Lead cross-functional projects that improve sales operations, streamline processes, and support business growthPartner with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to deliver strategic initiatives on time and drive operational excellence.Analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and support sales forecasting to provide actionable business insights.What We're Looking For:3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.A collaborative, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership. Lead and manage sales operations projects from planning through implementation.Stakeholder Collaboration. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.Process Improvement. Analyze sales processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.Project Planning. Develop project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.Reporting & Analytics. Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure project success and sales effectiveness.Sales Support. Support sales forecasting and pipeline analysis.Customer Communication: Requires strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers to drive projects and business objectives.Document Business Requirements. Gather, document, and translate business needs into practical operational and actionable solutions.Change Management. Support the rollout of new tools, processes, and initiatives by developing communication plans, training resources, and user adoption strategies.Continuous Improvement. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall sales organization.General Duties. Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or a related field3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Business Operations.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.Proficiency in Excel.Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)Experience supporting a high-growth sales organizationExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six SigmaFamiliarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reportingWhy You'll Love This Role:You'll play a key role in improving how our business operates by leading impactful projects that help our sales teams succeed.
