Requisition Number : ACCOU004986 Posted : August 25, 2026 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Ridgefield Park, NJ 07660, USA Description Key Responsibilities Tax & Compliance Manage U.S. corporate tax obligations including quarterly and annual tax provision bookings, adjustment data preparation, and filing data review Prepare state sales tax filing data, manage exemption certificates, verify tax rate application, and confirm nexus determinations Monitor and manage state and local compliance filing requirements; coordinate data submissions to external tax firms Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with outsourced personnel, including external tax firms and accounting service providers, to ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance and reporting requirements Record and reconcile import/customs costs, reclassify in-transit accounts, and verify import payment remittances Operate and maintain tax platforms including Avalara, corporate tax systems, and Sunshine Act reporting Accounting Close & Asset Management Execute monthly close processes including journal entry preparation, supporting documentation, and account code/cost center verification Manage fixed asset lifecycle including additions, depreciation review, transfers, disposals, and periodic physical inventory reconciliation Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of closing data Coordinate with outsourced accounting personnel to support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting deliverables Treasury & Cash Management Review payment requests and support timely payment execution; verify wire transfers and settlements Manage accounts payable including invoice review, payment scheduling, and vendor payment processing Collaborate with outsourced personnel and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient cash management and payment operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong exposure to U.S. tax compliance (corporate tax, sales tax, nexus analysis) Hands-on experience with Avalara or similar sales tax platforms Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes Experience managing fixed assets and accounts payable functions Ability to independently coordinate with external tax counsel and vendors Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience managing relationships with outsourced personnel and cross-functional stakeholders Experience in a U.S. subsidiary of a foreign multinational company preferred Familiarity with import/customs accounting and international wire transfers preferred Experience with Sunshine Act or medical device/dental industry reporting preferred Compensations & Benefits Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 annually Medical and Dental insurance Vision,100% Company sponsored Basic Life Insurance and AD&D, 100% Company sponsored Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance, 100% Company sponsored 401(k) plan with a company match up to 5% PTO (15 days for first year-[6 days paid vacation,9 sick days]);(20 days for second year) Birthday PTO 10 Paid Holidays per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
