Senior Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and help customers understand the value of our platform. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide prospects and customers through the technical evaluation process. You’ll demonstrate how Jazz solves real security problems and help security teams confidently adopt our platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep technical knowledge with customer engagement and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. What You’ll Do: Partner with Account Executives to support the technical aspects of the sales process. Deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to customer environments and security challenges. Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements with prospective customers. Translate customer security problems into clear technical solutions using the Jazz platform. Act as a trusted advisor to security leaders and practitioners. Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams. Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical documentation. Help develop demo environments, technical assets, and enablement materials. Stay current on security trends, vulnerability management, and risk prioritization. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, security engineering, or solutions architecture. Experience with cybersecurity technologies such as vulnerability management, cloud security, or risk management platforms. Strong understanding of security operations, vulnerabilities, and threat exposure. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences. Experience running technical demos and proofs-of-concept. Strong communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities. Experience with vulnerability scanners (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of attack surface management, exposure management, or risk prioritization. Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or similar. Why Join Jazz?
