Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hangars, office areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help identify unauthorized activity, unsecured entry points, and/or other concerns. Monitor access to restricted and controlled areas by verifying badges, visitor credentials, and/or delivery activity in accordance with location protocols. Support security-related operations at an aerospace and defense location by reporting hazards, suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations that could impact daily operations. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card and/or license is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
