We are seeking bilingual agents to provide customer support as needed in response to data breach communications. This is a temporary, remote position that is activated based on data breach events and business needs.

In this role, you will support customers by providing clear, compassionate, and effective assistance during a sensitive situation. You will use your customer service skills and account management systems to address inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and help create a positive customer experience during a challenging time.

Candidates accepted for this role will be e-mailed and texted on an as-needed basis. Shifts will range between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday and 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
• An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
• Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
• Strong team orientation and customer focus
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
