Brand Assistant - Event Ambassador

We are currently hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Brand Assistants – Event Ambassadors. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced retail environments, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while representing a nationally recognized telecommunications brand.

As a Brand Assistant – Event Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for building customer relationships, promoting products and services, and supporting retail marketing campaigns through face-to-face interactions in retail and event-based settings.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage directly with customers to create a welcoming and positive experience
• Represent a leading telecommunications brand at retail locations, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns
• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and wireless solutions
• Support retail sales efforts by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions
• Assist with in-store marketing initiatives, branding displays, and event setup
• Work closely with team members and leadership to stay informed on campaign updates and goals
• Track customer interactions, sales performance, and campaign metrics
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and customer engagement
• Help maintain a high-energy, professional environment during all events and activations
