Who We Are Looking For:
- Experienced Agents: Are you an experienced agent who is frustrated by market shifts, unpredictable lead flow, and spending half your week doing paperwork instead of closing deals? Increase your deal volume with The Monzo Group by leveraging our lead systems, backend staff, and national brand power.
- New/Emerging Agents: Newly licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) agents looking for top-level mentorship, dedicated support, and access to real, high-intent lead opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, follow up, and convert warm leads into active clients using our easy-to-use, AI-integrated CRM system.
- Conduct client consultations to determine property criteria and overall goals.
- Lead engaging property tours and host open house events.
- Negotiate contract terms on behalf of clients with confidence.
- Deliver an incredible client experience while leveraging our in-house administrative team to execute back-office paperwork.
