Where you'll be working:

Population Served: Children ages 2–6

What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with speech, OT, ABA, psychology, and medical services
• Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based, child-led form of therapy
• Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate changes to team members and families
• Partner with families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support
• Collaborate as part of an integrated care team including speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size : 7–9 clients

Billable hour expectations: 28.75 or 30 hours per week

Support Structure:

• Bi-weekly 1:1 meetings with both your Center Operations Director and Clinical Director
• Weekly Multidisciplinary Care Meetings to address barriers and coordinate across the full clinical team
• Clinical Directors available to overlap with clients and provide in-the-moment support
• Administrative tasks (scheduling, billing, intake) handled by specialized teams so BCBAs can focus on clinical work
• Deep onboarding and ongoing training in ESDM-based care model

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $86,000–$113,500/year

Bonus structure:

• Semi-annual performance-based raises tied to ESDM fidelity scores and billable targets; annual performance bonuspotential
• Sign-on bonus available

PTO: 15 days off

Schedule flexibility / remote options: Flexible hybrid — 1–2 dedicated telehealth/WFH days per week; schedule flexibility as long as monthly billable targets are met
