The Optimist is seeking an experienced Bartender who is passionate about wine, spirits and creating memories!
The team at The Optimist doesn't just create great food they create experiences that guests remember forever. Want to be part of a fast-moving, creative team that helps shape these experiences? The beverage menu at The Optimist invokes the sea and is designed to complement the lightness and seasonality of the food. Spirits, wines, and beers focus on selections from island and coastal areas or regions with maritime influences. Our bartenders work closely with the rest of the staff to ensure bar product quality and a thorough understanding of all beverage products available, along with cocktail inspiration and history in order to tell our story to our guests. Competitive pay - $5.15 to $14.00/hr. + tips - based on experience and ability.
