Energy and Industrial Automation Field Evaluation Team Member

Job Description

Working with customers and assigned engineers, coordinate and schedule on site engineering evaluations to help regulatory authorities determine the compliance of a product, leading to "approval" of the installation.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a large workload
• Four years' related work experience

Responsibilities

• Communicates with clients, as directed.
• Uses system software for document management, correspondence and file management.
• Coordinate and compile client deliverables
• Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles
• Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc. as requested by management
• Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL systems and databases as needed
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Provides support to team members and assists on larger initiatives
• Adheres to project and program governance (controls)
• Helps to manage stakeholders' communication
• Performs other duties as directed

What We Offer

• Total Rewards : We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $40000 to $52000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
