Position Overview

Ethos Landscaping is seeking a motivated and organized Annuals Account Manager to oversee our seasonal flower and annual planting services throughout the Vail Valley. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will be comfortable balancing client communication, crew coordination, and hands-on outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage annual flower accounts from planning through installation and ongoing maintenance.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with supervisors, crew leaders, and field staff to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Proactively address challenges, solve problems in the field, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site visits and quality control inspections to ensure all work meets client expectations and company standards.
• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and client requests.
• Assist with scheduling, material coordination, and project logistics.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and account information.
• Perform administrative and office-related tasks as needed, including client correspondence and documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the season.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on beautiful mountain properties and job sites.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials, plants, soil, and equipment.
• Ability to navigate uneven terrain and mountain landscapes safely.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with crews, supervisors, and management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with email, phone communication, and basic computer applications.
• Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
• Experience in horticulture, annual flower installations, account management, or customer service is highly desirable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
