Associate District Sales Manager | Lyric HCM

Lyric Channel Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts ADP is hiring a Lyric Channel Sales Manager to grow new market share for our cloud‑based Human Resources solutions to large prospects (1,000 or more employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day, working collaboratively on a team dedicated to unparalleled partnership and unwavering relationships with our clients and prospects. What You’ll Do Grow Our Business While Growing Yours – work independently and collaboratively to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts. Plan and Report to Achieve Success – develop an annual business plan, determine sales and activity goals, compile account plans, and maintain a current prospective business report. Market – Conduct Market Research – build prospective client sources using various communication mediums, sales automation tools, and market penetration strategies. Collaborate Daily – serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. To Succeed In This Role Required Qualifications 5 or more years of enterprise‑level sales experience. Preferred Qualifications Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP’s competitors. Compensation & Benefits Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation ranges from USD $56,100.00 to USD $121,500.00 per year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
